One Garage occupies a historic automotive garage, with original garage doors that open to allow seamless indoor/outdoor use, enhancing the character and flexibility of the space.
The patio features elevated lounge seating, a wraparound bar, and a large fire pit designed for gathering and lingering.
Behind One Garage, within the historic triangle lot, sits an enclosed courtyard. Currently kept wide open, the courtyard accommodates vehicle gatherings, large-scale outdoor events, and custom installations or displays, extending the experience beyond the main space.
Located across the street in the historic F&M Bank building, this 4,000-square-foot gallery space is ideal for seated dinners, corporate gatherings, workshops, large-scale presentations, and wellness events.
